Are You A Rebel? Then Don't Click Here!

You still clicked, didn’t you?! You little rebel, we like you already!

More seriously, stop reading this blog post if you’re one of those people who thinks the world cannot be changed for the better. Go back to whatever it was that you were doing if you don’t believe in creating a workplace revolution.

You don’t see yourself as a rule breaker, a trouble-maker? You don’t try new things, explore uncharted territory, or challenge the status quo? Stop. Reading. Now!

Still here...?

Still reading? Great! We might just have a life-changing adventure in store for you.

We need more rebels—a new kind of rebel to be precise. We are looking for a Support Rebel to join the team.

Supporting Rebel

Why do we need support? Because we want to spend more time doing the stuff we’re good at (like researching, writing, speaking and consulting).

And, specifically, because we want to avoid the situation where our calendars are a mess, we arrive too late for client engagements, we buy the wrong flight tickets, our emails are overloaded, invoices get sent out late, and/or our voicemail inbox is filled with calls we can’t return.

Do you feel you can prevent this from happening? Are you ready to come to our rescue? Great! We are looking for you!

So, what do we require from you?

  • A strong love for supporting others;
  • A “Hell yeah!” feeling when you read about our values;
  • Bad ass communication skills (English and Dutch);
  • A master mind’s eye for detail (as we totally suck at this);
  • And, of course, an insane passion for making work more fun!

What we offer

In exchange for all this valuable stuff, we offer you:

A diverse role

The purpose of this role is to relieve us of our administrative tasks. These include sales support, organizing Rebel Events and administrative tasks.

A most unusual company

We’re all about making work more fun—we use some radical workplace practices. But this doesn’t mean it’s all rainbows and butterflies. We experiment a lot and, like true rebels, we run into trouble once in a while. We love it, and we want you to be part of it. We believe it’s a vital part of creating a truly great workplace.

Freedom and responsibility

You are free to decide when, where and how you work. We don’t track hours, we don’t track leave, and we don’t tell you how to do your job. You are fully responsible for your role. We care about outcomes, not about how you get there.

We think a minimum of 30 hours a week is required for this role. The exact number of hours depends on how we craft the role—together.

We want you to become an owner—with shares and all. This is not acting like an owner. This means being an owner!

Our office is in Utrecht (De Stadstuin)). You don’t have to be in the office everyday, but we do want to be a team that spends a lot of time together.

Go crazy, go wild

Are you up for this unusual challenge? Are you the person that’s going to come to our rescue, to pick up this extremely important role? Great! We’d love to hear from you. How? Be creative. Be a rebel!

The deadline for applications is May 4th. Our rough planning is that recruitment will take place in May/June, with a start date around July 1st. We are flexible, as always.

If you have something else to offer (besides this Supporting Rebel role) then still contact us. We’re growing fast and we’re always on the lookout for passionate rebels to join us in the future! Connect with us and let’s see what we can do together.

Even if you’re not looking for a job, we could use your support right now. Please share this post in your network!
