Joost and Pim have.
200+ organizations. Six continents. Ten years. From nursing teams in the Netherlands to micro-enterprises in China to manufacturing in Brazil.
What they found changed everything they thought they knew about how organizations work. And they've been sharing it ever since.
Our story
Joost and Pim left their corporate jobs in 2016 and started traveling the world with one question: do better organizations actually exist?
The answer was yes. Overwhelmingly yes.
They've been going inside the world's most progressive workplaces ever since, mapping exactly what makes them work. That research now reaches more than 5 million people a month, has filled two books, and powers one of the most access-rich learning programs anywhere, where leaders sit with the pioneers themselves.
From research to practice
Then they took the next step, from studying these companies to creating them. Through Krisos, the company they co-founded, they buy traditional companies and transform them, proving everything they teach works with real money on the line.
