About Marc-Peter
Marc-Peter helps mission-driven organizations make self-organization work in daily practice, usually over a longer period. He designs role structures and pay models with the people who will use them, and increasingly looks at how organizations introduce AI. His work spans the Netherlands and abroad, across the private and public sectors as well as NGOs. He is a member of the Energized.org cooperative.
At Viisi, he helped introduce Holacracy and build a transparent salary model based on equal pay. That experience is the background to most of his blogs here. He isn't tied to one method, and his approach is pragmatic: find the tension that needs solving, add no more structure than that requires, and take the next feasible step.
Within Corporate Rebels, he's coordinator of the global Rebel Cell network. Together with Diederick Janse, he runs the Dutch Rebel Cell.
At the Centre for Economic Transformation (CET) of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, he helped build the network around its Good Work research.
