General
Corporate Rebels is a global movement on a mission to make work more fun. We help organizations move from rigid hierarchies to progressive, human-centered ways of working. Having visited and researched over 200 pioneering workplaces worldwide, we share battle-tested practices through our newsletter, Masterclass, and Rebel Cells. We practice what we teach by buying and operating companies that show better results come with more human-centered ways of working.

Rebel Cells
Rebel Cells are local peer-to-peer networks of pioneering organizations breaking free from hierarchy and bureaucracy. They exist to exchange knowledge, solve challenges together, and accelerate transformation.
Any organization interested in progressive, human-centered ways of working. From self-managed startups to global giants. Our network brings together many of the world’s leading self-management pioneers. You do not need to be progressive yet. What matters is a genuine commitment to experiment, learn with peers, and openly share what works. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
To learn from peers facing the same challenges, exchange proven practices, and avoid common pitfalls. You’ll accelerate transformation by not doing it alone.
Organizations meet quarterly in groups of 8–15 nearby companies. They swap playbooks, share challenges, and help each other move forward. If no local cell exists, you can join a global cell with similar organizations.
Quarterly meet-ups per cell and peer group, plus access to the annual two-day summit and ongoing resources. Designed to be regular and manageable.
Membership is €5,000 per year (with regional adjustments based on local cost of living). Discounts apply: 25% for government organizations, 50% for charities and NGOs.
75+ progressive organizations worldwide, ranging from pioneering self-managed companies to large corporates.
Typically 8–15 organizations per local or global cell.
