Joost is the co-founder of Corporate Rebels on a mission to make work more fun.

About Joost

Together with Pim de Morree, he founded Corporate Rebels after leaving his corporate job in Barcelona in 2016.

Joost’s passion lies in making work more fun. He dedicates his time to research, writing, and creating courses for the Corporate Rebels community. Through these efforts, Joost helps inspire and educate organizations worldwide on how to create better workplaces.

Joost also co-founded:

  • Krisos – a private equity company that acquires businesses and transforms them into self-managing organizations.

  • The Corporate Rebels Foundation – a registered charity on a mission to end inhumane workplaces.

  • ThermoSwap – a climate tech company providing revolutionary and highly efficient solid-state heat exchangers.

Achievements

In 2018, Pim and Joost were listed on the Thinkers50 Top 30 Emergent Management Thinkers. They won the Thinkers50 2019 Radar Award and were named as one of the “new voices reenergizing management”.
